Server Rules

The following rules are things you are not allowed to do.
Breaking them will result in a punishment and could get you banned.

1. Metagaming - Mixing OOC info in IC sentences.

2. Powergaming - Forcing someone to roleplay the way you want him to do/Roleplay unrealistic things in given situation or overall.

3. Deathmatching/Poor reason to kill - Killing somebody without any reason or without a proper enough roleplay reason.

4. Revenge kill - Going back to the place you were killed and revenge-killing the person that killed you.

5. Bunnyhopping - Spamming the jump button in order to move faster on-foot.

6. Stalling RP - Losing the time that could be used to roleplay by complaining on /b or talking over /b overall constantly will get you admin jailed.

7. Asspulling - Withdrawing any kind of weaponry without proper roleplay line (/me).

8. Car Surf - Riding ontop of a moving vehicle due to the fact there's no free seats for you to use.

9. Non-RP behaviour - Anything non-realistic that a person would do in a certain situation or acting unrealistic overall.

10. Non-RP gun fear - Not roleplaying fear of weaponry when somebody's holding a gun towards you.

11. Non-RP driving - Driving un-realisticly apart from the way you will be driving in real life, to drive Non-RP you need to have valid IC reasons.

12. Chicken running - Running in zig-zag directions in order to avoid being shot.

13. Non-RP injuries - Failure to roleplay your injuries after incident (Being shot, vehicle crash, fall from high distance etc.).

14. Cop baiting - Driving like a maniac infront of law enforcement in order to bait them to chase you.

15. Water evasion - Police disables your vehicle and you eventually decide to swim to your freedom, can only be done if permission is granted by an administrator.

16. Faction hopping - Hopping from one to another faction, doing this /will/ get you faction banned for 2 weeks.

17. OOC insult/disrespect towards players/administrator - Insulting or disrespecting staff member/player of the server may lead to serious fines or even temporary ban.

18. Bug Abusing - Abusing a bug of the server script to gain more money/materials/weapons etc, permanent bannable offense.

19. Store/Bank robbery - Store/Bank robberies are done when there are more than 2 cops online (5 for bank robberies) and you have permission from administrator.

20. Rambo - Not gathering cover when you're part of a shootout and you eventually decide to rush your enemies and kill them behind their cover.

21. Going OOC - You must remain IC at all times, going OOC is done along with the permission of administrator.

22. Crack Shooting - Abusing the 'C' bug of the deagle in order to shoot rapidly.

23. Racism - Racism wont be tolerated in any way, may be temporary bannable offense.

24. Abusing commands - Abusing /report, /am or /newbie in order to have a free-chat with the staff members is not allowed, certain commands go for certain things.

25. Evading police - Evading police by jumping off hills, cliffs or whatever is count as Non-RP driving no matter that you have valid IC reason to drive recklessly.

26. Gaining advantage - Gaining advantage over the rest by using hacks or any sort of modifications is punishable with permanent ban with low chance of being unbanned.

27. Quick Swap - Fastly switch through your weapons to the same one you were using in shootout in order to reload instantly, admin-jailable offense.

Classified-Gaming is a Role-Playing server, we encourage our community members to be creative in how they roleplay there are some basic rules we operate under.
Please take note of all the rules stated so you will not be able to break any.

Respect:
Treat others as you would expect to be treated, do not use OOC chats to insult any member. Do not be disrespectful towards anyone especially the staff team, they are trying to help they have no bad intentions towards any player.

Role-Play at all times:
Act like you act in real life. If you do not roleplay, You most likely will suffer the servers consequences, you are not allowed to skip any Role-Play without an admin giving you permission to do so.
You can't stop RP in the middle because you think they are doing something wrong ICly, for an example:

Accepting death to avoid RP.
You think you are being arrested for no reason, so you quit the server to avoid being arrested.
You are not allowed to stop an RP until admin arrives to the scene, you must RP no matter what - You should report in-game or take SS of the rule-breaker and report him later on forums.

Advertisements:
You can't advertise illegal items on /ad.
This rule applies for illegal usage in general and OOC usage.
Examples of what you should not be doing on /ad:
Looking for a gang
Selling two plastic pistols (Deagle/Colt)
Buying AK-47 toy.

Avoiding this rule will get you admin jailed.

You may not kill players without a sufficient roleplay reason.

*(DM, RK, Terrorist RP, KOS.)*

DM/DeathMatching:
Killing or attacking someone with an invalid or none reason at all.

Other related rules to deathmatching that are strictly prohibited:

RK/Revenge Killing:
Killing someone that recently killed you to get revenge - everything that led up to your death when you are killed should not be used In Character again which means to forget who your killer is.

Terrorist Roleplay:
Terrorism is strictly forbidden unless done with admin permission.

KOS/Killing on Sight:
Attacking a player in any way without any or little roleplay involved. Even if you have a roleplay reason to attack the player, if you do not roleplay you can be punished for this.

MG/Meta-Gaming:
This is defined as having out of character information and using it in an in-character roleplay.

Examples:

1. Using someone's nametag when you both never met ICly.

2. Using Smileys like: ":P, xD, :D, -_-" - Is forbidden to use ICly.

3. If you are being held at gunpoint you are not allowed to call your friends/gang/faction via Skype or Team-Speak, Discord using any VoIP programs is forbidden.

PG/Power-Gaming:
PG can be defined as two things, forcing roleplay on others without giving them a fair chance to response to your RP, the other is performing actions which your character would never be able to perform in real life.
examples:

Frank_Johnson unslings his bat from his back, quickly swings it towards Jack's head causing him to die. (Forcing RP on a player to die)

Frank_Johnson grabs 10 chairs throwing them on Jack. (You can't throw 10 chairs)

Roleplaying that you are being guarded by your dogs (NPCs).

RT/Rush Tazing
Rush tazing can be two different things, tazing someone who has a firearm in their hand, or during a shootout. Or tazing someone without any kind of warning, you may not just /tazer and taze you need to give some kind of verbal warning. That warning can be included in your bind that takes out the tazer.

SA-MP Physics:
Abusing SA-MP Physics is forbidden and you might get admin jailed - depends on the situation.
*Note: SA-MP Physics cannot be change via scripting*

*Bunny Hopping - jumping around to move quicker.(Note, Bunny hopping during roleplay, a shootout or to get away from cops quicker will result in a more severe punishment.)
*Chicken Running - Running in a zigzag motion to avoid being hit upon being shoot at.
*Ass Pulling - Taking out a concealed (holstered) weapon without the use of /do, /me.
*Car Ramming - Ramming someone with your vehicle without any RP.
*Quick Swapping - Exploiting a bug making the gun reload without an animation.
*Ninja-jacking - Pulling players out of their vehicles with no roleplay.
*Car Surfing - Being on top of a vehicle to ride it.
If you kidnap someone, he can't pretend to be in the trunk, they must occupy a script-wise seat otherwise it will be considered Car Surfing.

Scamming & Robbing:

You are not allowed to scam anyone OOCly.

All characters involved in robberies and scams must be level 3 or higher.
You are not allowed to kill a player who you robbed/scammed just so he doesn't call the police, you may kill him if he brings it up upon himself, fighting back for an example.
You can't rob the same victim every time you see him, you can rob the same victim again only after 30 minutes.
Robbing more then $15,000 is forbidden.
Scam limit:$10,000 - You may scam ICly only.
Any item you have on you must be RP'd, for example:
Frank has $15,000 script-wise - and RP wise, you can't RP depositing any item while you are still carrying it with you script-wise.

Robbery limits:
Level 1 and 2 may not be robbed.
Level 3:$10,000
Level 4:$15,000

The following factions may NOT be robbed:
BCTR, BCFMD.

TR or FD shouldn't carry weapons while on duty.

Ignoring this rule could result in admin jail .

Safezones::
Those areas are being realistically being watched over by security forces, so you may not preform any crimes.

Disgusting Roleplay:
Disgusting Roleplay is the only RP that you can stop and not be forced to RP same goes with any other type of Disgusting RP examples:

*Cannibalism
*Rape

Bugs:
If you come across a bug it is your obligation to report it, or if you saw someone abusing a bug you should immediately report him.
Exploiting bugs is prohibited and will get you permanently banned.

Hacks/Third Party Modifications:
Hacks are strictly prohibited.
Using a Third Party Modifications mod that could be considered a hack will lead to an immediate permanent ban.

Faction Rules

All the rules bellow Must be followed by all players and specially faction leaders.
Not following them will lead to severe punishments.

1.Faction Hopping: Whenever you get fired or leave any faction you must wait 3 days untill joining a new one.

2.Faction Leadership: Leading a faction is a high responsability and is not a joke, any bad behavior of Faction leaders in game/on forums will not be tolerated. Every leader should keep order within his faction and maturity and most importantly make sure no rules are broken.

3.Passing Leadership: You must not give the leadership of your faction or close it up without speaking with the Faction Manager and having his approval, you will be BLACKLISTED from leading any Faction if this rule will be broken.

4.Power-ranking: Promoting someone that just joined your faction to R5 just cause he's your friend is not allowed, promotions must be earned ICly and roleplayed properly, not doing so will get your leadership revoked.

5.Commands: Abusing any kind of command Non-RPl'y such as barriers or tazer and a lot others is PORHIBITED and abusing it will lead you to severe punishments.

6.Activity: Faction leaders must always be active, not doing so will get their leadership revoked, you must always notify the Faction Manager if you're going to be inactive for at least 3 days.

7.Mass invites: Mass OOC invites are strictly porhibited and will not be tolerated, each invite must be roleplayed properly and not just through a command.

8.Selling Factions:Do not under any circumstance Sell your Faction to Anyone weither if it was for in-real life or In-game money, or both parties will be BANNED and the faction would be Closed.

Always remember, as Faction members you should be an example to newbies, so try to act as professional as you could.
To report a Faction Leader fill out a complain on the Faction's thread with proof.

Basic Introduction
Having an offical gang/family comes with its own advantages. Some players prefer being in a faction while other wanna join a gang. You can join gang by RPing with the leaders,mostly you can find leaders at HQ of the gang,with proper RP you can get inside the gang easily. You can also start your own gang by applying in correct section with correct format. Players will vote on your application and in case you get more support from the community you'll get your own offical gang. Every gang got 6 ranks,rank 6 is the owner and leader of the gang. He can change rank names and fix them according to the type of the gang. R5 or co-owner can invite and remove/kick members. After getting your offical gang you should avoid doing stuff which will get you a gang strike,on having 3 strikes you'll loose your gang i.e the gang will get removed. Different Situations
1-In case of slot holder/gang owner getting banned
If the gang slow holder or the gang owner gets banned due to some valid reasons then the department of gang management will decide either to remove the gang or pass leadership to someone else(must be a high rank'd member of the gang ). If the gang got a bad reputation in community i.e very offensive toward everyone or not very good at RP. The gang will get removed and if the gang is doing a very good job and bringing RP to a whole new level the leadership will be passed on to someone else may be co-leader or anyone else capable of leading the gang.

2-Gang Activity
If a gang is very inactive for 1 week then it will bring that gang 1 strike. If the gang stays inactive for more than 3 weeks gang will be removed without any further notification. every official gang must have atleast 5 active members to avoid getting a strike or removal of gang,having 3 active members will get you a warn to improve activity,failing to improve activity will lead to a gang strike. Leaders can go inactive for a known period of time after informing Gang Manager either by PMing the GM on forum or by telling GM in game. If the leader goes inactive without any notification then the gang will get 1 strike after 15 days of leader's inactivity.

3-Attacking IC enemies
This is the most important situation! Every gang is allowed to attack their revivals with proper RP. Gangs can raid their revivals with permissions from admins (trail admins can't give permissions). In order to attack SASD(as most of the gangs do not like SASD so you can attack them) you need atlest 5 SASD members online,with permissions from admin and with 5 sasd members online you can attack them. Make sure this does not end as DM.
While attacking revivals/SASD,after dying you will loose 30 minutes of your memory,once died while attacking ravivals then you can't get back to the sence within next 30 minutes. You can not accept death or use medic kit. SASD can arrest you. Accepting death will give the member 1 hour jail and a warn to the gang. Remember you can not attack any OFF-Duty SASD member without getting proper reason,attacking him/her off duty because SASD is your enemy is not allowed

4-Use of Advertisement
You can not post any kind of ad in order to hire members. Doing so will give you an instant non-reversible gang strike. You can create advertisements to promote your gang parties and then invite members in your gang. If rank 5 or higher post ads trying to hire members in that case 1 strike will be given. If r4 or lower rank will post such ads then gang will get a warn and the poster will get fined as well. Not stopping will lead to a strike.

5-Ownership
Owner can pass his/her gang to someone only once,in case if owner can not continue playing on the server or need to go inactive for unknown period of time owner can pass their gang to someone who is a part of the gang. Passing gang while joining other faction/gang is not allowed,in that case gang will get removed. You can get only 1 R6 and only 2 R5,if you need to promote more than 2 players to R5 you need permissions from Gang management department.

6-Gang vehicles
You need to buy vehicles for your gang,rank 5 and rank 6 can buy vehicles from any dealership and then mark them as gang vehicle but remember Your vehicles must be related to your gang type i.e bikers can use bikes(freeways). Non related vehicles will be removed by Gang management team and player will get no refund,not stopping will lead to a gang warning

7-Name and theme changing
Your gang must represent a proper story or theme i.e Mafia,biker,black gangster etc. You can change your gang theme and name after 30 days. After changing your gang name and theme you can not reverse it,you can not reserve any gang name and moreoever you can not represent famous familes/crews i.e Nigga with Attitude(N.W.A),the dancing mob etc. You can copy their themes though. Only gang manager can change gang name,PM him/her on forums with proper reason why you want to change your gang name. He/she can deny your request without mentioning any reason.

8 IC Enemies
You can put any gang as your enemy any time you want. You need to inform gang management and the management will inform leaders of both gangs. You must mention IC reasons for this. Attacking revivals is allowed but you need permissions from admins attacking without permissions will be considered as DMing and gang will get warning or strike depending upon conditions. Read and follow rule 3 in order to attack revivals and not get punishment.

9-Mass Recruiting
It is when leader/co leader recruits a lot players within no time with minor or no RP. Before inviting someone in your gang you need to RP everything properly,if a gang was reopened by gang management due to some reasons in that case you can conduct mass recruitment but with supervision of gang management members! OOC invitations are also not allowed,even if it is your brother or IRL friend you need to RP his invitation. Gang owner can give any rank to anyone he/she wants.

10-Inappropriate Gang editing
If R5 and or R6 edits ranks names and change them to stupid or offensive names gang will get 1 strike,24 hours will be given to fix them back and failing to fix them will lead to removal of gang and gang owner will be banned from leading/re-applying for any gang ever again. This is your gang it is not any kind of joke

Warns and Strikes
Warning(s)
You'll get warning for you gang for minor offenses. 3 warning are equal to 1 strike in short 9 warning and your gang will get removed without any further notifications. Mostly warning are issued when low rank players i.e R4 and below are involved in breaking some rules which cause not much problems. The one breaking rule will get punished in person and if he/her actions were related to gang and or caused troubles for other gangs and community gang will get a warning. Depending upon the offense number of warnings given at a time may differ.

Your gang will get warnings for following reasons;
New gang members i.e low rank members(R1,R2,R3) breaking general rp rules i.e bunny hopping-1 warning
Violating Robber limits-1 warning
Using C-bug during turf war-1 warning(per number of members doing this)
Any member DMing-1 warning(if 3 or more members are DMing at the same at and at the same place this will get a gang strike regardless their ranks*Read Strike reason 3 and 4**)
Immature behavior from R4+-1 warning
Killing for poor reason-1 warning
Any member under R4 Getting admin jail for more than 20 minutes-1 warning
Giving IC ride to IC enemy-1 warning
Starting gang Hostility(R4 and below) without informing Gang management department-1 warning
Calling and Robbing or Robbing an on duty EMS or BCTR member-1 warning
Strike(s)
Maximum number of strikes before any gang will get removed is 3. R5 and R6 breaking rules or the gang in general is involved in massive rule breaking will get strike,number of strikes will depend upon circumstances. You can always appeal your strike by PMing the Gang Manager,you must provide a valid reason and you must appeal within 24 hours of strike. Gang manager after hearing from gang management will decide either to remove strike or to keep the strike. You can not appeal one strike more than once. Mostly gang strikes are awarded due to R5 and R6 but this is not a rule,you may receive gang strike due to lower rank players as well. If gang is involved in a lot rule breaking and is causing troubles for the community gang management can give all three strikes at a time and remove the gang.

You'll get strike(s) for following reasons;
Gang going very inactive,less than 4 active members for one week-1 strike
Gang leader going inactive for 1 week without informing gang management-1 strike
More than 3 members involved in DMing-1 srike
R4+ invovled in DMing with more than 3 memebers with him-2 strikes
R5 involved in mass recuirtment-1 strike
R6 involed in Mass Recruitment-2 strike
R6 getting banned-1 strike
Gang owner getting banned-1 strike
R5+ not respecting Gang management-1 strike
Trying to capture 2 turfs at the same time-1 strike
Setting inappropriate rank names-1 strike
OOC Inviting members-1 strike
Any gang member being a part of faction and also being a part of gang(Make sure none of your gang member is a part of any faction,this is to avoid faction locker abuse)-1 strike
R4+ using medic kit and drugs during gun fight-1 strike
R4+ using repair kit during a chase-1 strike
